Το διαμέρισμα "Casa Julia" βρίσκεται στο βόρειο τμήμα της Santa Cruz de Tenerife, στο μικρό χωριό San Andrés, σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια από την χρυσή αμμουδιά. Το γοητευτικό διαμέρισμα με θέα στη θάλασσα αποτελείται από έναν χώρο καθιστικού/τραπεζαρίας με καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και ένα μπάνιο, φιλοξενώντας έτσι 2 άτομα. Πρόσθετες παροχές περιλαμβάνουν Wi-Fi, κλιματισμό και smart TV. Επιπλέον, το διαμέρισμα προσφέρει μια ευρύχωρη, μερικώς σκεπαστή βεράντα με υπαίθριο ντους. Το διαμέρισμα απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλία. Η "Playa de Las Teresitas" είναι πιθανότατα η παραλία με τις περισσότερες φωτογραφίες στην Τενερίφη, αν και σε αντίθεση με τις χαρακτηριστικές "μαύρες" παραλίες, παρουσιάζεται με ένα χρυσό μανδύα. Εδώ μπορείτε να περάσετε ξέγνοιαστες ώρες. Στο αεροδρόμιο Tenerife North χρειάζεστε περίπου 25 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο (21 χλμ.), ενώ στο Νότιο αεροδρόμιο της Τενερίφης μπορείτε να φτάσετε σε λιγότερο από μία ώρα με το αυτοκίνητο (70 χλμ.). Υπάρχει περιορισμένος αριθμός θέσεων στάθμευσης στο δρόμο. Υπάρχει δημόσιος χώρος στάθμευσης περίπου 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κατάλυμα. Δεν επιτρέπονται κατοικίδια.
